After growing up in Southern California and graduating from California State University in Long Beach I headed for the mountains. Steamboat's beauty and friendliness attracted me and I've never looked back.
Having now lived in Steamboat for over 35 years, I consider myself a full-fledged Coloradan. The comfortable atmosphere made me feel at home instantly. I bought my first house here in 1974 for $19,000 and have been in real estate and investments ever since. The town is still growing and the market is still exciting and appreciating. Specializing in homes and land sales with a background in construction have been a natural fit to assist clients in both Buyer improvements and Seller sales presentations.
Summers are my favorite time of the year when I can hike and bike with my wife Marie and son Zephyr. We also love traveling around the west in our camper whenever we can. In the winter I enjoy skiing with friends and clients. It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it.
People come to visit Steamboat and stay. It's more than a ski resort-it's a down to earth town with a safe atmosphere, good schools, great recreational opportunities, and beautiful scenery.
It's no wonder I chose Steamboat and so many "future locals" fall in love too.
Steamboat has been rated one of the nations 50 best places to live. It's real estate market is challenging and growing. I look forward to assisting you in making your Steamboat dreams come true.
